Doreen was born on June 23, 1935 at Zealand, NB, a daughter of the late Earl and Vella Brewer. She enjoyed being with friends at bingo, jamborees at the Millville Legion and playing cards for pennies. Doreen loved sharing special occasion with her family. Doreen was born on June 23, 1935 at Zealand, NB, a daughter of the late Earl and Vella Brewer. She is survived by her children Daniel Morehouse (Tana), Karen Roden (Beverly), all of Zealand, NB, Victoria Morehouse (Tim), all of Zealand, and Vanda Drost, Fredericton, NB; special granddaughter and caregiver Charity Dawn (Aaron) and other grandchildren, Alyssa (Geoff), Starla (Kyle), Danielle (Cody), Thomas, Tara (Chris), Amanda (Darren), Darcie (Ryan), Mitchell (Terri-Ann), Shannon (Ryan), Calvin (Angie) and Michael (Tasha); several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; a brother Brian Brewer (Marilyn) and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ervine Morehouse; a son Edwin; a sister, Gail Brewer; an infant brother Neil; a nephew Jody and a great granddaughter Ava. Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service (by invitation only due to Covid 19) will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 2 pm from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Terrance Brewer officiating. Interment at Zealand Community Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mitchell Morehouse, Pacey Morehouse, Wess Burtt, Thomas Morehouse, Leonard Morehouse and Troy Brewer.
