Description	:	HEMINGWAY " Doris Fenters DeVault, 76, died Tuesday morning, June 21, 2005, at her residence after an illness. Mrs. DeVault was born in Georgetown, a daughter of the late Gilbert Thomas and Bertha Bonnie Bon Moore Fenters. She was a retired AT&T operator and a member of Hemingway First Baptist Church. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Anthony W. Tony and Betsy DeVault of Hemingway; three sisters, Lillian Joye of Hemingway, Mary Calcutt of Florence and Golder Snyder of Mt. Pleasant; two sisters-in-law, Sug Fenters of Mullins and Marion Fenters of Lake City; and a large number of nieces, nephews, grandnieces and... Read More	HEMINGWAY " Doris Fenters DeVault, 76, died Tuesday morning, June 21, 2005, at her residence after an illness. Mrs. DeVault was born in Georgetown, a daughter of the late Gilbert Thomas and Bertha Bonnie Bon Moore Fenters. She was a retired AT&T operator and a member of Hemingway First Baptist Church. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Anthony W. Tony and Betsy DeVault of Hemingway; three sisters, Lillian Joye of Hemingway, Mary Calcutt of Florence and Golder Snyder of Mt. Pleasant; two sisters-in-law, Sug Fenters of Mullins and Marion Fenters of Lake City; and a large number of nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Mrs. DeVault was preceded in death by two brothers, Gilbert Shaggy Fenters and Lloyd Tubba Fenters; and a sister, Jessie Wood. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at Hemingway First Baptist Church, with interment following in Garden of Devotion Cemetery, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
