Description	:	WILMINGTON - Doris Honeycutt Kesler, 79, of Wilmington, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, at her residence. She was born Aug. 7, 1932, in Salisbury, to the late Kenneth Columbus Honeycutt and Edna Dean Honeycutt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Carr "Buster" Kesler, Jr.; brother Kenneth Lloyd "Buddy" Honeycutt; and sister Delores Honeycutt "Dootsie" Misenheimer. Doris retired as Executive Director of Wilmington Board of Realtors. After retirement, she worked part-time at NHRMC. She is survived by a son, Mark Kesler and wife Teresa; two daughters, Susan Kesler and Leslie Kesler and her husband Robert Goode; and six grandchildren, Kristen Ward, Erin Ward, Jessica Kesler, Alexander Kesler, Kesler "K.C." Goode and Dorian Goode. Service and Visitation: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 26 at Pine Valley United Methodist Church, with Rev. Trish Archer officiating. A graveside service will take place at 2 p.m, Friday, at Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery in Salisbury, with Rev. Wesley Judy officiating. The family will receive visitors following both services. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physician Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401; or NHRMC Foundation, P.O. Box 9000, Wilmington, NC 28402-9000.
