Read More	Doris Warren, 79, died at 1:10 p.m. Feb. 20, 2009, at the home of her daughter, Barbara (Warren) Keijner in Louisville, Ky., surrounded by her family. She was born June 11, 1929, to Elmer and Blanche Landes Kiracofe, who preceded her in death. Her husband of 56 years, Joseph E. Warren, died in 2007. Mrs. Warren worked at Bath schools in the treasurer's office, Westinghouse and J.C. Penney. She served as the town clerk of the village of Cairo, along with her husband, who served as mayor. She was secretary of the Lewis Grove Cemetery Association. She taught Sunday school, was the church organist, and enjoyed Women's Aglow Fellowship and Bible studies. She and her husband enjoyed volunteering at church. They supported the missions and helped a refugee family establish a home in Lima. She volunteered at soup kitchens for several years. She and her husband also enjoyed camping in state parks. Most of all, she found fulfillment in being a homemaker, where she enjoyed sewing for her family, especially quilts and baby blankets, and doing various crafts, gardening, playing with her children, grandchildren, music, reading and playing cards with her family and friends. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and departed this life to be with our Lord. We, her family, while deeply saddened, wish not to say goodbye but only goodnight and see you soon. Survivors include three sons, Bradley Joseph (Cynthia) Warren, Bruce Kevin (Eveline) Warren and Bryan Keith (Christine) Warren; three daughters, Beverly (Larry Cook) Rex-Cook, Brenda Joyce (Barry) Stegall and Barbara Jill (Raymond) Keijner; three sisters-in-law, Marjorie Kiracofe, Roberta Kiracofe and Doneta Warren; and 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Bruce J. Rex; and five brothers and two sisters. Services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Pleasant View Church of the Brethren, Lima. Her grandsons, Pastors Andrew and Taylor Warren, will officiate. Burial will be in Lewis Grove Cemetery, next to the church.
