Dorothy was born May 21, 1929 in Mountrail County on a farm near Stanley to Louis and Nora (Vadnais) Kuster. She attended Rose Bud Elementary School. She graduated from Stanley High School in May 1947 and from Christie's Beauty School, Bismarck, in May 1948. She worked at Melvina Beauty Shop, Rolla and Swirl Beauty Shop, Bismarck, from June 1948 to June 1949. She worked at various office positions throughout the years. Her last employment prior to her retirement was as an accountant technician with the State Adjutant General's Office at Fraine Barracks from October 1964 to December 1989. On Nov. 25, 1950, Dorothy married Anton Deibert in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary at Stanley. They made their home in Bismarck. Dorothy is survived by six children, Carmen (Cary) Hart, Bismarck, Darlene (Larry) Forderer, Mandan, Maxine (Lowell) Plum, Longmont, Colo., Janet Deibert, Lebanon, Tenn., Beverly (Terry) Johnson, Centerville, Minn., and Jeffery (Lisa) Deibert, Bismarck; 11 grandchildren, Christina (Chad) Hoerner, Jodi Hart, Angela (Eric) Richards, Tonya Forderer, Melissa (Derek) Del Vecchio, Michelle (Michael) Blea, Lee (Ashlie) Bevan, Karee Johnson, Daniel Johnson, Donovan Deibert, and Quinn Deibert; three great-grandchildren; her sister, Regina Clark, Stanley; and a brother, Merrill Kuster, Stanley. She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Wayne Deibert; her parents; five sisters; and one brother.
