Surviving are three sons, Timothy Cochran and wife, Karen, of Kings Mountain, N.C., Charles Cochran and wife, Cindy, of Ellenboro, N.C. and Bruce Pierce and wife, Christy, of Blacksburg; three daughters, Pam Watts and husband, Kenneth, of Ellenboro, N.C., Linda Cannon and husband, Hugh, of Spartanburg, and DeeDee Porter and husband, Duane, of Blacksburg; a fiancé, Darrell Cummings; three brothers, Gene Allen, Jerry Allen and Roger Allen and wife, Barbara, all of Greenville; three sisters, Muriel Stover and husband, Charlie, of Travelers Rest, Denise Wilson and husband, Rev. Steve, of Easley, and Ruth Price and husband, Lloyd, of North Myrtle Beach; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gregg Martin, Rev. Steve Wilson and Rev. John Petty officiating. Interment will be in Clingman Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to: Journey Hospice, 1983 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, S.C. 29302. The family will be at the residence, 1835 E.
