Description	:	Dorothy "Dot" Myers Antley, 87, of Cope, SC, passed away peacefully June 13, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy was born December 2, 1930, in Cope, SC, to the late Tom Myers and Dolly Hutto Myers and was the wife of the late James W. Antley. She was also predeceased by a brother, Thomas Myers. She was a member of Canaan Baptist Church and part owner of Antley's BBQ, where she was known as "The Boss", and Dukes BBQ, Whitman Street. She loved to cook, gardening, yardwork and enjoyed spending time with her family, children... Read More	Dorothy "Dot" Myers Antley, 87, of Cope, SC, passed away peacefully June 13, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Dorothy was born December 2, 1930, in Cope, SC, to the late Tom Myers and Dolly Hutto Myers and was the wife of the late James W. Antley. She was also predeceased by a brother, Thomas Myers. She was a member of Canaan Baptist Church and part owner of Antley's BBQ, where she was known as "The Boss", and Dukes BBQ, Whitman Street. She loved to cook, gardening, yardwork and enjoyed spending time with her family, children and grandchildren. She is survived by four sons: Allen Antley (Barbara), Gene Antley (Deborah), Jerry Antley (Doris) and Ricky Antley (Janet); grandchildren: Kevin Antley, Brad Antley (Hailey), Stuart Antley (Courtney), Heather Mount (Brooks), Marina Pitts and Riley Pitts; and great grandchildren: Connor Mount, Hannah Antley, Reid Antley, Makenzie Mount, Alyssa Antley and Caleb Antley. The family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers: Cynthia Ritter, Diane Calloway and Beverly Coates, for all their love and special care. Antley's BBQ will be closing at 5 PM on Friday, June 15, 2018 and all day Saturday, June 16, 2018. Dukes BBQ on Whitman Street will be closed all day Saturday, June 16, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Canaan Baptist Church, Cope, SC. Burial will follow in Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 PM on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Dukes Harley Funeral Home. Dukes Harley Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
