Description	:	TERRE HAUTE — Dorothy I. Cesinger, 93, of Florida, and formerly of Terre Haute, passed away at Sun Coast Hospice in Palm Harbor, Fla. Dorothy was a homemaker and in her earlier years had worked at Quaker Maid. She was born June 27, 1918 in Clay County, Ind., to Orestus Latta and Elizabeth (Brown) Latta. She is survived by three daughters, Jackie Cramer and her husband Jim of Coatesville, Brenda Greene and her husband Gil of Safety Harbor, Fla., and Janice Harden and her husband Mike of Terre Haute; two granddaughters, Emily Cramer and Heather McNeely and her husband Dave; four... Dorothy was a homemaker and in her earlier years had worked at Quaker Maid. She was born June 27, 1918 in Clay County, Ind., to Orestus Latta and Elizabeth (Brown) Latta. She is survived by three daughters, Jackie Cramer and her husband Jim of Coatesville, Brenda Greene and her husband Gil of Safety Harbor, Fla., and Janice Harden and her husband Mike of Terre Haute; two granddaughters, Emily Cramer and Heather McNeely and her husband Dave; four grandsons, Brad Schoffstall, Darrin Schoffstall, Kevin Cesinger and his wife Chrissy, and Daniel Cramer; a great-granddaughter, Hannah Cesinger; a great-grandson, Tyler McNeely, and her foster son Gary Spencer. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virgil Cesinger, who died Oct. 25, 1997; a brother, Gilbert Latta; and half brother, Manferd Latta, and a half sister, Mary Latta. Dorothy was active and held a strong belief in her church and for years had been active in the Home Ec. Club. She was a member of Farmers Union. Private family services are scheduled with Pastor Harold Throckmartin officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Callahan-DeBaun Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave., is in charge of arrangements.
