Read More	Dorothy Enderton July 28, 1920 – December 30, 2012 Dorothy Louise Enderton, age 92, of Faribault, Minnesota, and formerly of Boone, passed away at Pleasant Manor in Faribault on December 30, 2012, following a brief illness. A memorial service will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Gary Sneller officiating. Private burial of her cremains will be in Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone at a later date. Dorothy Louise Clark was born in Boone on July 28, 1920, the daughter of Orie and Lillian (Edmunds) Clark. She attended Boone High School. She was married in 1941 to Arthur Blumberg. They were later divorced. On June 17, 1961, she married Abram Enderton in Rock Island, Illinois. Dorothy worked in the restaurant business for many years. Following her husband's death, she returned to the Madrid/Boone area. Dorothy was a volunteer for many years at the Boone County Democratic Headquarters and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was an avid reader and followed the political scene. Dorothy enjoyed bingo, casino trips, and especially enjoyed her weekday coffee group at Hy-Vee in Boone. In July of 2012, she moved to Faribault to be closer to family. Dorothy is survived by her son Thomas (Carole) Blumberg of Faribault; granddaughter Laura (Steve) Poitra of Kalispell, MT; grandson Michael (significant other Brooke Fahrenkrog) of Denver, CO; and great-grandchildren Beatrix and Oliver Poitra. She is also survived by her sister Darlene Lincoln of Madrid and many other relatives and friends. Memorials may be directed to the charity of donor's choice.
