Description	:	CHURCHILL, DOTTY LOU—Dotty Lou Churchill was born October 24, 1937, in Geneva, Nebraska, the daughter of Lindell R. and Dorothy Loomis Churchill. She departed this earthly life on May 1, 1956, in the York hospital. She had been in frail health for a period of four years, but despite her physical handicap, she was graduated from the Fairmont high school, in May, 1955. Read More	CHURCHILL, DOTTY LOU—Dotty Lou Churchill was born October 24, 1937, in Geneva, Nebraska, the daughter of Lindell R. and Dorothy Loomis Churchill. She departed this earthly life on May 1, 1956, in the York hospital. She had been in frail health for a period of four years, but despite her physical handicap, she was graduated from the Fairmont high school, in May, 1955. More recently she attended the University of Nebraska with the idea of following a career in science. Besides her scholastic talents, she became interested in designing, and applied it in many things about her home. Dotty Lou was baptized by Rev. Max O. McCamley and later became a member, of the Ohiowa Methodist church. Her cheerful disposition and uncomplaining attitude won her many friends. Surviving her besides her parents are her maternal grandmother, Mrs. B. D. Loomis, and her paternal grandfather, W. A. Churchill, aunts and uncles and many cousins, besides a number of more distant relatives and a host of friends and acquaintances. Memorial services were conducted in the Methodist church at Fairmont, Friday, May 4, at 2 o’clock by the pastor of the church, Dr. Charles B. Hankins, and the body was laid to rest in the Geneva cemetery. “Be still, my soul: the hour is Hastening on When we shall be forever with The Lord, When disappointment, grief and Fear are gone.
