Description	:	Douglas Hudson, 66, of Sterling died Wednesday, May 1, 1996, at his home. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Tennant Funeral Home. Funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday at Tennant Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemtery. Mr. Hudson was born Oct. 22, :1929, to Emmit and Molly (Mc Clendon) Hudson in Hazlehurst, Miss. He attended school in Mississippi. He married Mary Haberkorn Feb. 6, 1948, in Cheyenne, Wyo. Mr. Hudson was born Oct. 22, :1929, to Emmit and Molly (Mc Clendon) Hudson in Hazlehurst, Miss. He attended school in Mississippi. He married Mary Haberkorn Feb. 6, 1948, in Cheyenne, Wyo. Mr. Hudson came to Colorado in 1957 and was self-employed most of his life as a grain trucker. Before that he worked in numerous places in the oil fields. He was a life member of Sterling Elks Lodge No. 1336. Mr. Hudson is survived by two sons, Rick and wife Pam of Thorn ton and Major and wife Lucy of Laramie, Wyo.; five sisters, Roselle Watson, Bobi Whitby, Johnnie Johnson, Annie McCallister and Betty Davis, all of Texas; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife in April 1987 and a brother, Ed, in 1989. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer So ciety or Hospice.
