Description	:	Douglas Lee Parizek, 24, R. 1, Clutier, died at his home Sunday morning, June 3, 1984 from an apparent coronary. He had been in poor health with a congenital heart ailment for several years. Born Oct. 19, 1959, in Marshalltown, he was the son of Leonard G. and Rose L. Kuchynka Parizek. He attended the North Tama and Dysart schools and later attended the River Hills Handicap School in Cedar Falls. He had been in poor health with a congenital heart ailment for several years. Born Oct. 19, 1959, in Marshalltown, he was the son of Leonard G. and Rose L. Kuchynka Parizek. He attended the North Tama and Dysart schools and later attended the River Hills Handicap School in Cedar Falls. Later he was with the Key VII Rehabilitation Center in Waterloo and presently worked for Goodwill Industries in Waterloo. Mr. Parizek was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clutier. He is survived by his parents, nine brothers and sisters, Dennis and Duane, Clutier, Mrs. Donna Klettke, Wheatland, Mo., David, Vining, Damien, Rock Island, Ill., Deanne, Traer, Daniel, Chelsea, Donald, Renton, Wash., Deborah, Cedar Rapids and several more distant relatives. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a niece. The Rosary was recited at 8:00 oÂ’clock Tuesday evening in Immaculate Conception Catholic church, Clutier, led by Fr. Louis Wunder, pastor of the church. Mrs. Louis Saver, Mrs. Wilbert Caloud, and Miss Margaret Kolash were in charge of Mass offerings. The funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:00 o’clock Wednesday morning in I. C. Catholic church, Clutier, with Fr. Wunder, the celebrant. Mrs. Carolyn Bohnstengel, organist, accompanied the I. C. church choir. Tom Dvorak, Tim Dvorak, and Terry Dvorak were altar boys. In charge of floral offerings were Mrs. Melvin Dostal, Mrs. Janice Clayton, and Mrs. Leonard Yilek. Burial was in St. Wenceslaus cemetery, rural Clutier, with the following serving as pallbearers: David Parizek, Duane Parizek, Dennis Parizek, Damien Parizek, Daniel Parizek, and Donald Parizek.
