Description	:	Bernard Lenz HURON - Dr. Bernard Lenz, 76, a Huron physician for more than 50 years, died Monday in his home. Born Nov. 20, 1910, in Conde, he was graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and served his internship in Minneapolis Hospital. Read More	Bernard Lenz HURON - Dr. Bernard Lenz, 76, a Huron physician for more than 50 years, died Monday in his home. Born Nov. 20, 1910, in Conde, he was graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and served his internship in Minneapolis Hospital. He began his practice at the Huron Clinic in 1936. Dr. Lenz married Elaine Shirley April 28, 1939, in Huron. They lived their entire married life in Huron. He was president of the Huron Clin ic Foundation, and a member of the South Dakota Mental Health Association, South Dakota Medical Association, American Medical Association, and past state president of the South Dakota chapter of the American Cancer Society. Dr. Lenz was honored last June for longtime service by the South Dakota Medical Association. Survivors include his wife; two sons: Richard, Milwaukee; and Dr. Tony Lenz, Great Falls Mont.; three daughters: Mrs. Dean (Mary) Olson, Aberdeen; Mrs. Don (Jane) Mengedoth, Fargo, N.D.; and Mrs. Dale (Shirley) Gelskey, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers: Dr. Otto Lenz, Minneapolis; and Dr. Joe Lenz, Morton, Minn.; and a sister, Cleo Robertson, Huron. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Martin's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Martin's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the church, and until noon Wednesday in the funeral home. A scripture service will begin at 7:30 tonight in the church. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society or Huron Public Library.
