Description	:	Myrtle Eason Rand writes in her unpublished Family Genealogy: Grandpa and Grandma Eason (Richard and Lucy) and Aunt Alice (m Houston, is buried with baby) were all buried in the old cemetery which was south of the Union Pacific tracks south of the Waters sale barn. When the present Woodland Cemetery was started, our dad (Alfred "Fred" Eason) moved the three bodies himself, dug the new graves, hauling them in a wagon. Myrtle only lists 8 children for this family. Richard Raynes Eason, the son, is in Woodland. Jane Eason Dickerson is also in Woodland although I don't... Fred Eason's obit states he was buried in Woodland and since Bert, his wife, died later, it makes sense that her original burial was in Woodland Cemetery. (from Ginny Bacon)
