Dr. Keller has been serving in the Medical Department of this Regt. ever since its organization, and has performed the duties assigned to him with efficiency. He is a young man of irreproachable character and in my opinion, is well qualified to fill the position of Hospital Steward. B. F. Brown, Surgeon, 2nd Regt. Rifles, S. C. V."
