(Funeral details followed) Drudie Rachel Sheen, the youngest daughter of Isaac and Nancy Sheen, was born near Charleston, Nebraska, September 15, 1891 and passed away at her home in Wolbach, Nebraska, Monday evening, January 23, 1956 at the age of 64 years, 4 months and 8 days. In 1900 she moved with her family to a farm near McCool Junction, Nebraska, where she attended school and church. After her school years she took up the art of sewing and alteration work and continued in this work until her marriage to Robert H. Thomas at the family home on February 22, 1922. After her marriage she and her husband lived on a farm six miles west of York near the home of her birth, until 1935. They then lived for two years in Clay County. From there she and her husband moved to Wolbach where they have operated the local Gamble Store for the past eighteen years. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister and an infant daughter. Those left to mourn her passing are her husband, Robert; her sister, Mary Johnson of Clever, Missouri and four nephews and three nieces.
