Read More	Earle Hendrick Hucks May 5, 1915 - May 14, 2012 Conway Earle Hendrick Hucks, 97, of Conway, died Monday, May 14, 2012 at Conway Manor. She was born May 5, 1915 in Horry County, a daughter of the late James Furman "Preach" and Olivia Cannon Hendrick. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband of fifty-one years, William Woodrow Hucks; two daughters, Linda Jordan and Gwinavere Todd; two brothers, Joe Hendrick and Jim Hendrick; one granddaughter, Nancy Larrimore; two sisters, Theodosia Holcomb and Lena Compton. Earle taught Adult Sunday School class at Cedar Grove Baptist Church for over twenty years. In her spare time she enjoyed to read and sew. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. Mrs. Hucks is survived by two sons, Billy Hucks (Jan) and Robert Hucks (Gladys) both of Conway; six grandchildren, Gayle Jordan (Bruce), Harriett Todd, Dennis Todd (Tracy), Brian Hucks (Steven Gause), Chris Jordan (Joni) and David Lewis; five great grandchildren, Heath Jordan (Jennifer), Dustin Jordan (Ashley), Micah Jordan, Abi Ruth Jordan and Ann Rebecca Jordan; two step grandchildren, Larry Reynolds (Patsy) and Danny Reynolds (Pearl); one son-in-law, Burl Jordan (Gracie) and many other family and friends who will miss her. The family will receive friends at Watson Funeral Services from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Funeral Services will be held 3pm Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Christopher Jordan and Rev. Mike Conn officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Grove Baptist Church, 5025 Hwy 378, Conway, SC 29527. Please sign a guestbook at watsonfuneralservices.com.
