Born in Middle LaHave, Lunenburg County, he was a son of the late Nathaniel and Mary (Grimm) Zinck. He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Middle LaHave. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by five daughters, Eva (Mrs. Stanley Chandler), Kingston, Ontario; Elva (Mrs. Elvin Conrad), First South; Marguerite (Mrs. Gordon Baker), Centre; Mrs. Barbara Zinck, Bridgewater; Doris (Mrs. Geoffrey Zinck), First South; three sons, Walton, Belleville, Ontario; Herbert, Centre; Harold, Crouses Settlement; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Mae Weagle; a daughter, Ruth; a son, Robert; five brothers and five sisters. The body is in Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Rev. Robert Robb officiating. Burial will be in Middle LaHave Cemetery. Family flowers only.
