Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 1:00 p. m. in Maryville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Officiating will be Rev. Tommy Cox and Rev. David Coker. Cox and the late Ida Eugene Ethridge Cox. Mr. Cox was a charter member of Maryville Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a member of the Adult Sunday School Class and was a former deacon. He was headmaster of the Esterville Hunting Club and enjoyed fishing and hunting as his hobbies. Surviving are; his wife, Willie Mae Cox of the home; one son, Robert D. Cox and his wife Zonda; one daughter, Christine C. Cribb and her husband Marvin all of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Latasha C. Davis, Trey Cribb, Crystal Cox and April Cox; one great-grandchild, Christian Davis and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Cox was predeceased by three brothers and six sisters.
