He is listed on the 1930 census in Saratoga he is mistakenly listed as Edgar T, he's listed as single, age 71, father born in PA, mom in Delaware. HOWEVER, a good thing to note is that there is an Edgar E Everson that was born in MA that seems to match up better with this person. That boy lost his dad the same year he was born and his mom shortly after, because he was living with his aunt's family when he was 6. Also, one of the CA Great Registers lists an Edgar Everson Higgins in 1892. There are only a few entries for an Edgar Higgins in his time frame in CA, so that's why I add it here, just in case.
