Description	:	Edgar was born on April 1, 1932 in Sibley County in Winthrop Minnesota to Alfred & Eleanor (Perschau) Bulau. He spent his whole childhood life in Minnesota. Attending country school 1st grade thru 8th grade. At the age of 17 he left Minnesota and moved to Nebraska where he met and married his lifelong partner Maxine Seger of Atkinson, NE on April 20th 1952. They lived in Atkinson and then later moved to the Lee Ranch for 2 years, then later moved to the Peterson Ranch south of Atkinson where he was foreman for 18 years. They raised... Read More	Edgar was born on April 1, 1932 in Sibley County in Winthrop Minnesota to Alfred & Eleanor (Perschau) Bulau. He spent his whole childhood life in Minnesota. Attending country school 1st grade thru 8th grade. At the age of 17 he left Minnesota and moved to Nebraska where he met and married his lifelong partner Maxine Seger of Atkinson, NE on April 20th 1952. They lived in Atkinson and then later moved to the Lee Ranch for 2 years, then later moved to the Peterson Ranch south of Atkinson where he was foreman for 18 years. They raised their three children Karen, Connie & Rod on the ranch. They enjoyed visiting and playing cards with several neighbors and friends on weekends. In 1969 he was diagnosed with MS in Rochester Minnesota. In 1971 they made the decision to move from the ranch to O'Neill, NE. In 1993 he became confined to a wheelchair. He enjoyed spending time outdoors on his electric scooter, sitting on the deck with his wife and tinkering in the garage. In 2012 Ed and Maxine celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary together. In 2013 because of both of their health problems he moved to the Golden Living Center. There he made several friends with the staff & residents. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. His favorite hobbies were watching baseball mainly the Chicago Cubs, watching Court TV, playing bingo, cards and doing word finds.
