Hodik, 90, a clerk at the Fergus County Courthouse for 30 years, died of natural causes Saturday at a Lewistown hospital. Graveside services are 11 a.m. Thursday in Central Montana Memorial Gardens. Hodik Lewistown - Edith G. Hodik, 90, a clerk at the Fergus County Courthouse for 30 years, died of natural causes Saturday at a Lewistown hospital. Memorials are suggested to St. James Episcopal Church and may be left at the funeral home. She was born May 23, 1910, in Seattle, and her family moved to South Lewistown in 1914. She attended school in Lewistown and then worked for the telephone office. She married Everett L. Moore June 10, 1935, in Lewistown. She worked various jobs until 1945, then went to work as a clerk at the Fergus County Courthouse. Her husband died in 1963 and she continued living in Lewistown and working at the courthouse. In 1969 she married Austin Wilson in Virginia City. They lived at his ranch at Christina and she retired from the courthouse in 1975, after 30 years of service. In 1978 her husband died and she returned to Lewistown. In 1981 she married Joe Hodik, and they lived at his ranch in Danvers until moving into Lewistown. Her husband died in 1995. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, St. Margaret's Guild and the Garden Club. She was known as an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening, fishing, traveling, crafts and bowling. Survivors include two daughters, Donna Garrison of Lewiston and Gayle Cade Tadday of Billings; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
