Description	:	Edith Madeline (Seymour) Madlung McCormick, 74, died at 5 AM today [Saturday, Sept. 16, 1972] in St. Elizabeth Hospital where she was admitted Friday at midnight. A native of Monticello, she moved to Lafayette in 1946 from Medaryville, where she had lived seven years. Prior to that, she resided at Monon. She was first married in 1916 to James Joseph Madlung, who was killed in a traffic accident in 1956. Surviving with her husband are three daughters, Eileen (Mrs. William) Wallace, Louise (Mrs. Raymond) Johns, and Beatrice (Mrs. Paul) Peden, all of Lafayette; two sons, Charles R. Madlung of Winamac and James J.
