It was in the vacinity of Bloomfield that they made their home for a while and looked to the future with high hopes and very bright prospect. To this union was born 1 son Robert, aged 3 y. More than a year ago it was very evident that Edna could not live very long if they remained here so it was decided to go to Colorado, where they made their home until her death. She was given every care but life seemed determined to go. While there, Mrs Robert Knedler came to help care for her and her mother Mrs Rainbolt spent a month with her this summer, and made the second trip about a month before she died, coming back with her daughters body. Myrtle Rainbolt her sister, was also with her. She united with the Christian Church at Darby at the age of 23 and remained a true Christian. She leaves to mourn her departure, her little son Robert, and her husband who remained devotedly by her all the time,her mother, father and 4 sisters, and 2 brothers. A short service was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Knedler and the service proper was held at Dunville. Her life upon earth was brief, but a life like hers is extended throughout eternity. She was always of a cheerful disposition and her sufferings without a murmur. The funeral services were conducted by George E Purdy, and the body was laid to rest in the cemetery close by the Dunville church.
