Description	:	Edna Florence Dofflemoyer, 87, of Stanley, died Friday, July 9, 2010, at MontVue Nursing Home in Luray. Mrs. Dofflemoyer was born Aug. 20, 1922, in Stanley, and was a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Stoneberger and Mamie Catherine (Alger) Stoneberger. She was a member of Newport United Church of Christ. On Sept. 19, 1939, she married Benjamin David Dofflemoyer, who preceded her in death July 17, 1973. Survivors include a son, David C. Dofflemoyer of Greensboro, N.C.; three daughters, Millie V. Blosser of Stanley, Hilda M. Nichols of Luray and Sandra Faye Stanley of Stanley; a sister, Margaret E. Cave of Stanley; and... Cave of Stanley; and 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a great-great-grandson. The Rev. Walter E. Lundblad will conduct the funeral 2 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2010, at Newport Christian Church. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray. Arrangements are by Bradley Funeral Home in Luray. (DNR)
