Description : Daughter of John & Frieda (Wragge) Meyer.
She graduated from Wisner High School, took Normal Training, and taught country school north west of Wisner. On October 2, 1940 she married Henry Hunke. On February 19, 1955 she married Anton "Tony" Kappius at St. Aloysius Catholic Church. The couple farmed east of Aloys. Edna remained on the farm until moving into the West Point Living Center in January of 2009.

Edna was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and Guild. She enjoyed gardening and reading.
