Morris L, Bailey officiated at the services. Music was furnished by Mrs. Richard Eby, accompanied by Miss Mary Royer. Bearers were Arnold Heistand, Murlyn Ronk, Kenneth Moores, Ray Lyman, Edward Higgins and Pete Croghan. Final interment was in the Woodbine cemetery. Edna Marie Thiles, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward W. Thiles, was born on a farm nine miles northeast of Woodbine September 14, 1927 and passed away in a Council Bluffs hospital May 23, 1953. At the time of her death she was living on the same farm on which she was born. She attended the Woodbine High School, graduating in 1945. That same year she united with the First Christian church of Woodbine. On March 14, 1947 she was united in marriage to Walter Kelley. To this union were born four children. She is survived by her husband and children, Linda Marie, Margaret Elaine, Patricia Kay and Warren; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward W. Thiles: and five sisters and one brother, Mrs. Darlene Kelley, Woodbine; Mrs. Betty Thompson, Independence, Missouri; Mrs. Ada Messerbrink, Haugen, Montana; Mrs. Clara Kelley, Panama; Mrs Donna Archer, Woodbine; and Wm. H. Thiles, Woodbine. One brother, Darrell, preceded her in death on December 30, 1952. Also surviving are her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Thiles of Woodbine and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Grace Kohl of Lincoln, Nebraska: and also many other relatives and hosts of friends who mourn her untimely passing. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
