Church At Bristow-Many Attend. (By Mrs. B. H. Corey.) Bristow, February 1--A gloom was cast over Bristow's entire community on Tuesday, January 26 when it became known that Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Patton, who had gone in and out among their friends for more than 35 years, had joined the innumerable caravan that leads to the Eternal home. Mrs. Patton passed away at 7 a. m., and Mr. Patton, 12 hours later, after a strenuous day of detailed planning for his wife's obsequies, little dreaming that he too, was so near the brink. His death however, was not unexpected by his physician who had treated him for a heart ailment of which his family were wholly unaware. Mrs. Patton's illness was due to circulatory system or hardening of the arteries, as given out by hospital doctors.
