Description	:	Edward A. Sinsel, 63, died Friday, Jan. 15, 1999, at his home near Minden. Services were held at Layton Funeral Home chapel in Minden with the Rev. W.W. Blevins officiating. Burial was planned in Liberty Cemetery northeast of Minden with military rites provided by Minden American Legion Post No. 94. Mr. Sinsel was born Nov. 7, 1935, to Edward A. and Marian (Maucher) Sinsel in Minden. He grew up in the Minden area and graduated from Minden High School. On June 20, 1958, he married Viola Johansen. He farmed in the Minden area. In 1979 he moved to Gering. There he worked for Lockwood Manufacturing until returning to Minden in 1987. He worked for Burgess Well Drilling until shortly before his death. He attended God's Lighthouse Church in Heartwell and was a member of Minden American Legion Post No. 94. Survivors are four sons, Dean and Casey, both of Minden, Kelly of York and George of Kearney; one daughter, Dianne Redden of Knoxville, Iowa; one brother, Fred of Overland Park, Kan.; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son and one grandchild.
