Read More	EDWARD E. NAGGATZ Holyoke Enterprise, Holyoke, Colorado, October 23, 1986 ED NAGGATZ RITES OCTOBER 22 Ed Naggatz of Greeley died Sunday, October 19, 1986 at Kenton Manor in Greeley. He was a former resident of Holyoke and surrounding area. He was born October 23, 1895 at Inland, Nebraska and was the son of William and Carolyn Mitchell Naggatz. He was married to Edna Freeman Kropp January 29, 1937 in Amherst. She died April 6, 1962. He then married Lula Williams on December 5, 1964 in Grant, Nebraska. He was a member of the Faith Bible Baptist Church in Greeley. He was reared at Kenesaw, Nebraska then moved to Venango, Nebraska with his family in 1911, where they farmed. He started farming for himself in 1936 in Venango, moving to Holyoke in 1948. He owned and operated the Cedar Motel at Holyoke until the spring of 1964 when he retired. In 1964 they moved to Bethany, Oklahoma and then to Greeley in 1983 and have lived in Greeley ever since. Survivors are his wife Lula of Greeley; a son Larry Naggatz of Greeley; a daughter, LaRae Jonkman of Sacramento, California; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 22, 1986 from Adamson Memorial Chapel in Greeley. Interment is to be Thursday, October 23, 1986 at 11 a.m. at Holyoke Cemetery.
