Description	:	Edward Koele, age 79, of Hull, died Thursday, Dec. 28, 1995 at the Sioux Center Community Hospital. A funeral service was held on Monday, Jan. 1,1996 at l:30p.m. at the First Reformed Church in Hull. The Rev. Harold Lenters and the Rev. David Ter Beest officiated. Burial followed at Hope Cemetery in Hull under the direction of the Kraai-Oolman Funeral Home in Hull. Edward was born May 27, 1916 at Sanborn, the son of Jacob and Whilemina (Vaas) Koele. In 1972 they moved into Hull where "Ed" became a welder at Kooiker Manufacturing. He retired in 1980. Mr. Koele was a member of the First Reformed Church and a 50-year member of Wegman-Koele American Legion Post 380 of Hull.
