Description	:	Edward Emmack was born in Pennsylvania, November 17, 1830, and died at about seven o'clock Thursday morning, March first, 1906, after nearly three months' sickness of heart trouble. Deceased was 75 years, three months and twelve days old at the time of his death. He was married to Rebecca Trusler February 15, 1855 in Norwich, Muskingum Co., Ohio. Deceased was 75 years, three months and twelve days old at the time of his death. He was married to Rebecca Trusler February 15, 1855 in Norwich, Muskingum Co., Ohio. To them were born three children, who, with his wife survive him. They are Charles H., John V, and Mrs. Anna Haifleigh, all of whom live in Sherman township. He also leaves two brothers and three sisters: Mrs. Margaret Trusler, who resides at the John Sego home near Ira; Mrs. Hattie Myers of ?, Iowa and a sister, Caroline, of Ohio; William of Columbus City, Illinois; Charles Emmack, of Kansas City, Missouri. The funeral services were held at the home near Sand Hill school house in Sherman township, on Saturday, March third, at one o'clock in the afternoon. Rev. Young of the U. B. church of Carlyle, Iowa, conducting the services. A quartet composed of Mrs. Harry Hesson, Mrs. Charlie Botsford, Earl Hadley and Grant Hurst sang several selections. Messrs. John Kendig, Charles and Lawson Watt, Mike Bales, P. R. Pink and Charlie Botsford were the pall bearers. Interment at Metz cemetery. Card of Thanks. We wish to thank the neighbors and friends who so kindly helped us during the illness and death of our husband and father.
