Shawver of Angola, Indiana; one son and daughter-in-law Douglas and Patricia Shawver of Angola, Indiana; two daughters and sons-in-law Julia and Jim Midtgard of Fremont, Indiana and Marianne and Greg Thomas of Orland, Indiana; one sister and brother-in-law Kay and Norm Strand of Pleasant Lake, Indiana; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one great-grandson. Services will be at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at the Fairview Missionary Church, Angola, Indiana with Pastor Norman Fuller officiating. Visitation will be from 10-12:00 Noon at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Steuben County, Indiana. Memorials may be given to the Fairview Missionary Church, American Heart Association or to Steuben Model Aircraft Klub (SMAK). Burial in Mount Zion Cemetery, Steuben County.
