Read More	Son of Godfrey Rebhausen and Gertrude Fenser Rebhausen Buried Nov 2, 1921 Lot 979 Space- 1 Edward Peter Rebhausen April 12,1868-Oct 30,1921 Edward Rebhausen was born at Omaha ,Nebr., April 12,1868 and died at North Platte, Nebr., Oct 30,1921. When ten years of age he moved to West Point, Nebr., where he lived on a farm until the spring of 1887 when the family moved to North Platte. After coming here he worked for Wm. Grady a while and then went into the services of the Union Pacific where he remained until 1892. He then went Into tho grocery business with his brother, Henry. Recently he has been partly crippled as the result of a fall and his old friends have not seen as much of him as formerly. He served for several years on the local police force being chief part of the time. January 11, 1893 he married Miss Sarah Duffey and to this union five children wore born. They are Mrs Edward Titchner, Gordon, Vincent, Edward and Madeline. The funeral was held from St. Patrick's church and Interment was in the South Side Cemetery. Mr, Rebhausen was well known among the downtown people of this city. He was a kind-hearted man and always ready to help anyone in trouble as far as he was able. The Tribune editor knew Edward Rebhausen very well and will miss him as will hundreds of others who have known him so well. The North Platte semi-weekly tribune., November 11, 1921 The funeral of the late Edw. Rebhausen was held on Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Patrick McDaid officiating.
