Description	:	Edwin Deane Snow was born on Feb. 25, 1932, in Craig, Neb., to Deane and Rosa Snow. Ed was the seventh of 11 siblings. Ed grew up in Craig and graduated from Craig High School. He served in the USAF during the Korean War from 1949 until 1953. Read More	Edwin Deane Snow was born on Feb. 25, 1932, in Craig, Neb., to Deane and Rosa Snow. Ed was the seventh of 11 siblings. Ed grew up in Craig and graduated from Craig High School. He served in the USAF during the Korean War from 1949 until 1953. While serving in the USAF and stationed in Japan, Ed met his wife-to-be, Lorraine Fox from Lincoln, Neb., who was also stationed in Japan while serving in the U.S. Army. Following their military service, Ed and Lorraine were married in Toledo, Ohio, on Nov. 14, 1953. They lived in the Detroit, Mich., area, where Ed worked for the Levy Company until 1960, at which time they moved to Park City, Mont. Ed and Lorraine raised their five children in Park City. Ed worked for the Cenex Oil Refinery in Laurel, Mont., for 30-plus years before retiring in 1994. After his retirement, Ed moved to Red Lodge, Mont., where he resided until 2011. While living in Red Lodge, Ed became good friends with Donna Donovan and Jim and Connie Stockfish. In 2011, Ed moved to Billings, Mont., in order to be closer to Donna. In his younger years, Ed was an avid outdoor sportsman who loved camping, hunting and fishing. In more recent years, Ed enjoyed spending time with his family, with Donna, and with his many other friends. He also enjoyed traveling, trips to the casino, and playing cards with Donna and their friends. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Deane and Rosa Snow; his half-brothers, Wayne Snow, Austin Weeces, Clyde Weeces, Bill Weeces; his half-sisters, Mildred Snow, Ethel Kosmicki; and his first wife, Lorraine Snow. Ed is survived by his brothers, Rich Snow of Nampa, Idaho, and Chuck Snow of Park City, Mont.; his sisters, Louella Rahn of Craig, Neb., and Sheryll Osterhaus of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Ed is also survived by his children, Dean (Robin) Snow of Monument, Colo.; Margaret Snow of Red Lodge, Mont.; Janet (Ron) Seymour of Park City, Mont.; Bob (Betsy) Snow; Don Snow of Park City, Mont. Ed had seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the Yellowstone County Veterans Cemetery in Laurel, Mont., on Friday, April 19, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Legion Post 100, Park City, MT 59063.
