Merrick Manor in Fremont. Survivors include: five sons, Dorlin (and wife, Helen) Drieling of Mead, Lyle (and wife, RaeVonne) Drieling of Cozad, Aldean Drieling and Roger Drieling, both of Fremont, and Gerald Drieling of Tucson, Ariz.; three sisters, Wilma Miller and Delores Popken, both of Fremont, and Beverly (and husband, Martin) Holmes of Blair; two brothers, Leslie (and wife, Lois) VonSeggern of Scribner and Marvin (and wife, Irene) VonSeggern of West Point; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. Vicar Judy Johnson will officiate Saturday's service. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Friday at Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont with the family receiving friends from 6-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. She was born Dec. 27, 1913, in Allen to Johann and G. Bertha (Von Essen) Von Seggern. She moved north of Scribner when she was 3 years old. She was raised north of Scribner. She attended schools in the Scribner area and graduated in 1932 from Scribner High School. She married George Drieling on Aug. 14, 1934. The couple made their home east of Uehling where they farmed. Her husband preceded her in death on Aug. 20, 1987. She then moved into Fremont in 1989. She was an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church where she had been a member all of her life. Survivors include: five sons, Dorlin (and wife, Helen) Drieling of Mead, Lyle (and wife, RaeVonne) Drieling of Cozad, Aldean Drieling and Roger Drieling, both of Fremont, and Gerald Drieling of Tucson, Ariz.; three sisters, Wilma Miller and Delores Popken, both of Fremont, and Beverly (and husband, Martin) Holmes of Blair; two brothers, Leslie (and wife, Lois) VonSeggern of Scribner and Marvin (and wife, Irene) VonSeggern of West Point; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
