Eileen was born March 9, 1921 in Wabash, Indiana to the late Lawrence F. and Mable Marie (Richardson) Snavely. On June 22, 1941, she married Thomas H. Lee; he preceded her in death April 2, 1996. She had worked from 1947 to 1954 with Delco Radio. She was a past member and officer of the Order of Eastern Star. Eileen was past president of Delphian Reading Club, and was a 60 plus year member of the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, where she served as an elder. She served as president of the Woman’s Association, and also was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. Surviving is one sister; Juanita Craft, two nieces; Tracy Probst, her husband, Richard, and Vickie Laubner, her husband, Bernard. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son; Larry Lee, and a sister; Lorene Denney and husband, Earl. Funeral services for Eileen will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, March 5, 2012 at First Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 2000 West Jefferson Street, with Rev. Jerry VanAuken officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 PM until time of service at the church on Monday. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
