Description	:	Eileen Rudzik (1912 - 1980) Eileen Marie Rudzik, 68, died Friday, October 13 at the Bethany Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She had been a Kansas City resident since 1935. She was born May 12, 1912, on a farm near McCracken, Kansas, the daughter of John F. and Margaret C. Higgins. She attended Waring School and graduated from the McCracken High School in 1932. Read More	Eileen Rudzik (1912 - 1980) Eileen Marie Rudzik, 68, died Friday, October 13 at the Bethany Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She had been a Kansas City resident since 1935. She was born May 12, 1912, on a farm near McCracken, Kansas, the daughter of John F. and Margaret C. Higgins. She attended Waring School and graduated from the McCracken High School in 1932. She married Joseph Rudzik in December, 1931. To this union 3 children were born, 2 died in infancy and Johan Wood in June, 1970, at the age of 35. Eileen worked many years as a nurse aide at St. Margaret's Hospital and then in telephone sales for the handicapped from her home. She had been in poor health for several years, however, death was unexpected. She was a member of St. Joseph- St. Benedict Catholic Church in Kansas City. She is survived by a brother Maurice T. Higgins, a sister, Mrs. Loretta Hammer, Dodge City, a granddaughter, Kathleen Leutters, Independence, Mo., and 2 great grandchildren. Services were held 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 27, at the St. Aloysis Church, Ransom, Ks. Burial was at the Ransom Cemetery.
