Overgard was born Aug. 24, 1917, near Viborg. She married Orvald Jorgensen on Feb. 22, 1935. The couple farmed in the Viborg and Hurley areas, then moved to Rapid City in 1947. Survivors include her husband, Orvald three sons: Harold of Lennox, Gene of Sioux Falls, and Lyle of Elk River, Minn. a daughter, Ardis Lunning of Centerville 19 grandchildren 38 great-grandchildren two great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Florence Jorgensen of Sioux Falls. Services begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Augustana Lutheran Church with burial at 2 p.m in the Hartford City Cemetery. Visitation begins at 1 p.m. today at the Heritage Funeral Home with the family present from 7 to 9 p.m.
