Description	:	Einard A. Juhala, 85, died Oct. 9, 1992 in a Bismarck hospital. Mr. Juhala was born June 1, 1908, in Trygg Township, the son of John and Hanna (Hango) Juhala. He was raised and educated in Trygg Township and attended Wahpeton State School of Science for one year. He married Lenora C. Hedstrom on June 24, 1935. Mr. Juhala was born June 1, 1908, in Trygg Township, the son of John and Hanna (Hango) Juhala. He was raised and educated in Trygg Township and attended Wahpeton State School of Science for one year. He married Lenora C. Hedstrom on June 24, 1935. They farmed in Lyman Township before he began working for Works Projects Administration and Interstate Bus Co. in Bismarck from 1937 – 1943. He returned to farm in Florence Lake Township in 1943 and moved to a farm in Ghylin Township in November 1943. In 1973 they retired to a home in Ecklund Township. He was active in community affairs until his retirement and served on the Ghylin Township Board of supervisors, serving six years as chairman. Regan Farmers Union Co-op board of directors for 15 years. He also served as Democratic precinct committee man, and was a member of Regan Farmers Union local where he also served as chairman. Einard had a respect and love for all of God's creation, and would farm around a bird's nest if he knew it was there. His family was his first priority and he enjoyed fishing and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Lenora; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Donald, Bismarck, Laveryl and Ardis, Auburn, Mich., and Wayne and Lilia Petrie, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; one daughter and son-in-law, Janice Marko and Bill Spivey, Louisville, Ky.; four grandchildren, Andrew Marko, Ursula Juhala Chavez, Ruth Juhala and Eli Juhala; one great-grandson, Anthony Gilbert Chavez; two brothers and three sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Juhala, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Juhala, and Edna Juhala; his acquired family, Mark Anderson, Ollie Marko, Marion Juhala, and Shannon Spivey. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and two brothers.
