Read More	Eleanor Elaine Troyer was born March 10, 1923, on a farm west of Milford, Nebraska to Fred and Agnes (Bender) Stutzman, the 2nd of 6 children, and met Leonard in heaven on Thursday, September 29, 2011, at her home in Heartland Park Retirement Community in Seward at the age of 88 years, 6 months and 19 days. In her youth, Eleanor accepted Christ as her personal savior and was baptized at East Fairview Mennonite Church. She attended Stauffer Country District School #73, and later graduated with the class of 1940 from Milford High School. Eleanor was united in marriage to Leonard E. Troyer at her parent's home on September 14, 1941 and to this union five children were born: Pam, Terry, Karen, Tom and Tim. Together they lived on the farm where Eleanor was a loving farm wife, mother and grandmother. While raising her family and being a homemaker, she would from time to time fill in as a substitute cook at Milford Public Schools. Eleanor also volunteered for 25 years with Et-Cetera Gift and Thrift Shop in Seward. Lovingly called "Nan" by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Eleanor's primary focus was on her family. She also loved playing the piano and organ, as well as quilting and other embroidery. She was a charter-member of Bellwood Mennonite Church and enjoyed spending time and participating in various activities with the Bellwood Mennonite Women and at the Milford Senior Center. Recently Eleanor moved to Seward to make her home at Heartland Park. Survivors include her children and spouses, Pam and Ron Erb, Milford, Terry and Mildred Troyer, Colorado Springs, CO, Karen and Jim Barker, Tom and Virginia Troyer and Tim and Shelly Troyer, all of Milford; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Lillian Beckler, Seward; brothers, sisters-in-law, Robert Stutzman and Merrill and Violet Stutzman, all of Milford, Hazel Stutzman of Wooster, OH; many nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Leonard in 2001, brother, Don Stutzman, sister, Doreen Troyer, brothers-in-law, Royden Troyer Ben Eicher and Lawrence Beckler and sister-in-law, Jeanette Stutzman. Interment was in the Blue Mound Cemetery, Milford, NE.
