Mrs. Johnson was born in Forsyth County on November 23, 1928 to Andrew Wade and Mary Lewis Fritz. A dedicated and highly valued bookkeeper for Coliseum Eye Associates for 38 years, she was an active member of Southside Baptist Church in Winston-Salem.
