He lived on his Father's farm at 35 Flagg Road and enlarged it. He was living in the family homestead in 1789 but apparently built another house later. His step-son Amos Hagget Jr. who became Deacon of the First Baptist Church in Hollis when it was formed in 1837 was living at the homestead.
