Description	:	Elise Spielman, age 85, of Western Grove, died Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison. She was born February 22, 1922, in Pindall, Arkansas, the daughter of James Ira and Lucy Cordilla (Hamilton) Gentry. Mrs. Spielman was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leonard Spielman; four brothers, Earn Gentry, Roy Gentry, Tom Gentry and Allen Gentry; and five sisters, Ora Moore, Josie Henson, Hattie Brown, Lois Gibbons and Flosie Hunter. Mrs. Spielman was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leonard Spielman; four brothers, Earn Gentry, Roy Gentry, Tom Gentry and Allen Gentry; and five sisters, Ora Moore, Josie Henson, Hattie Brown, Lois Gibbons and Flosie Hunter. Elise was a member of the Church of Christ. She had lived most of her life in Searcy and Newton counties. She was a homemaker. Elise Spielman is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Carthel and Lynn Spielman of Rogers, Arkansas and Danny Spielman of Western Grove; her daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Jack Cooper of Western Grove and Kathy and Frank Young of Irving, Texas; and her sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Jim Hutchenson, of Burns, Oregon. Elise is also survived by five grandchildren, Joey Wages and Matthew Wages, both of Western Grove, Rena Young of Irving, Texas, Brian Spielman of Rogers, Arkansas and Anglia Watts and her husband Russell of Rogers; three great-grandchildren, Randall Spielman, Erica Spielman, and Stephanie Watts, all of Rogers; and a host of other family and dear friends throughout the community. Graveside funeral services are 2:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2008, at Western Grove Cemetery, with Coy Snow officiating.
