Description	:	The sudden death of little Elizabeth Anne Bowie, which occurred Friday, April 4, at 5 am, was indeed a great shock to the whole community. Happy and bright as a star little baby sister as she was called by all who knew her was greatly loved. Funeral services were held at the home of the parents in Chelan Falls on Saturday at 2 pm. Rev. Attenborough officiating while Mrs. Carl Christopher sang a very appropriate solo which was indeed sweet. Many people attended the funeral including Mrs. Bowie's sisters Miss David Monfort from Tacoma and Mrs. Carroll from Youngstown, Ohio, both arriving on Saturday morning. The floral offerings were beautiful and numerous. The Chelan Leader in behalf of the community extends sympathy to the bereaved family and relatives in this their hour of deep sorrow.
