Description	:	YORKTOWN - Elizabeth Ann Martin, 86, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017. Elizabeth was a Hampton and resident of Grafton for over 44 years. She was a bus driver for Hampton City Schools and Maida Develop of Hampton. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and antiquing. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and great grandmother. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Charles Martin a daughter Wanda Adams her parents Charles Emery Crayton and Beadie Austin Crayton; a brother, Riley Crayton and a sister Evelyn Walls. She is survived by; 2 sons, Floyd (Skeet) Martin, Jr. (Patricia), Steve Martin (Bonnie); 3 daughters, Linda Hendricks (Joe), Kathy Wiggins (Orin), Debbie Martin (Danny); sisters, Carolyn Costa of Newport News a brother, C. E. Crayton (Sammie) of Gloucester, Ronnie Crayton (Linda) of Gloucester; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, in the chapel of Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. Rev. Sven vanBaars, officiating. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Monday, February 20, 2017, at the funeral home. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to York County Fire Department, York Convalescent Center nursing and staff also to Dr. Edwin Cruz, Dr. Robert Orlino and the nurses and staff at Hampton Roads Specialty Hospital for caring for our mother like she was one of their own, and a very special thank you to her grandson, friend and caregiver, Owen Adams.
