Description	:	Elizabeth Helzer was born at Norka, Russia, May 26, 1864, and passed away at her home in Worms, October 15, 1927, aged 63 years, 4 months, and nineteen days. She was married to Ludwig Helzer February 21, 1889. They came to America in 1890, settling in Grand Island for six years, where they attended the Lutheran Church. In 1896 they moved to the Worms neighborhood and have been faithful attendants of the Worms Church ever since. Read More	Elizabeth Helzer was born at Norka, Russia, May 26, 1864, and passed away at her home in Worms, October 15, 1927, aged 63 years, 4 months, and nineteen days. She was married to Ludwig Helzer February 21, 1889. They came to America in 1890, settling in Grand Island for six years, where they attended the Lutheran Church. In 1896 they moved to the Worms neighborhood and have been faithful attendants of the Worms Church ever since. A few years ago they retired from the farm, moving into their beautiful modern new home in Worms. She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, three sons, Nick, John and August; four daughters, Mrs. Andrew Simonson, Mrs. Christina Bader and the Misses Frieda and Hanna Helzer. One daughter, Clara, died in infancy; ten grandchildren, one sister in Sutton, Nebraska, a step sister in Billings, Montana and a half sister in Russia. Mrs. Helzer was a kind and loving mother and will be greatly missed by her family as well as a large number of friends. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. F. T. J. Frase at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon, October 18th, at the Lutheran church at Worms, interment being made at the church cemetery. Card of Thanks signed by Louie Helzer and family.
