Description	:	A funeral for Elizabeth B. Johnson, 79, Yankton, will be Tuesday 10:30 a.m. in Ray Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Harold Hiemstra officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories. Mrs. Johnson was bom Nov. 17, 1900 in Anamoose, N. D., to Fred and Barbara (Bitterman) Lang and died May 30 in Yankton Care Center where she resided. She was born in a sod house in North Dakota where the family lived until she was 10. They moved to the Tyndall area where she graduated from grade and high school. D., to Fred and Barbara (Bitterman) Lang and died May 30 in Yankton Care Center where she resided. She was born in a sod house in North Dakota where the family lived until she was 10. They moved to the Tyndall area where she graduated from grade and high school. She obtained a teacher's certificate from Southern State Normal and taught rural school in Bon Homme County. She married Alfred B. Johnson Nov. 15, 1921 in Yankton. Her husband was an electrician in the Springfield area. They moved to Yankton in 1943. She managed the Jerdon Shop from 1947-51, and was employed by Wards for 15 years before retiring in 1965. Survivors are two sons, Carl A. Johnson and Charles M. Johnson, a daughter; Mrs. Norman A. (Mary Lou) Nelsen, 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Lydia Abker, Mrs. Anne Cossairt, Mrs. George (Lillian) Shupert, Mrs. Gary (Marie) Larson, Mrs. Martha Baker, and Mrs. Gordon (Lenora) McCann; three brothers, Edwin Lang, William Lang and Harold Lang.
