Description	:	Elizabeth Preisinger nee Bender was born in Leigstern, Hessen Darmstadt, Germany, on March 3, 1840, at which place she was also baptized and confirmed. At the age of 26 she was united in holy wedlock to Johann Grosser. To this union were born three children, John, Louis and Henry. In Liverpool, England she became a widow by the death of her husband. At this place in the year 1869 she was married again to Johnann Lehr, to which union were born three children. In 1871 they immigrated to America, where she lost her second husband. In 1886 she was... Read More	Elizabeth Preisinger nee Bender was born in Leigstern, Hessen Darmstadt, Germany, on March 3, 1840, at which place she was also baptized and confirmed. At the age of 26 she was united in holy wedlock to Johann Grosser. To this union were born three children, John, Louis and Henry. In Liverpool, England she became a widow by the death of her husband. At this place in the year 1869 she was married again to Johnann Lehr, to which union were born three children. In 1871 they immigrated to America, where she lost her second husband. In 1886 she was married again to Joseph Preisinger, to whom were born two children dying in infancy. On April 22, 1911, Mr. Preisinger died, leaving her a widow for the third time. On Monday, May 17, 1920 at 7 o'clock she was called to the great beyond due to a paralytic stroke which afflicted her on Sunday. She leaves to mourn her departure three sons, two daughters and nineteen grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Lutheran church on Tuesday, May 20, conducted by Rev. Joeckel. Interment was made in the Lutheran cemetery south of Garland.
