Mrs. Venteicher, 93, died Sunday, July 10, at Carroll Health Center. The Rev. Joseph Dillinger will preside at the Mass. Lector will be Jessica Gosch. Server will be Sadie Bauck. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Carroll. Visitation started at 2:30 and a rosary was prayed at 3 this afternoon at Twit Funeral Home in Carroll. There will be a vigil at 7 tonight at the funeral home. A daughter of Henry and Mary (Pietig) Brincks, she was born Nov. 29, 1911, at Dedham and attended rural school and St. Joseph Catholic School at Dedham. She and Joseph J. Venteicher were married Feb. 7, 1928, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dedham . The Venteichers farmed south east of Carroll until retiring an d moving to Carroll in the early 1960s. Mrs. Venteicher worked for St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll and Boomsma’s in Glidden. She was a m em b er of St. Lawrence Parish, volunteered for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and enjoyed quilting, crocheting and raising flowers. Survivors include four sons and their wives: Gerald and Eunice Venteicher of Scranton, D on an d Phyllis Venteicher of Glidden, Ralph and Barb Venteicher of Carroll and Elmer and Linda Venteicher of Carroll; a daughter-in-law , Dianne Nieland, and her husband, Allen, of Carroll; 24 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law , Clarence Venteicher, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two sisters in law: Ann Venteicher of Carroll and Mary Renze of Carroll. Mrs. Venteicher was preced- ed in death by her parents; her husband , Joseph, in 1970; two sons: Merlin and Raymond Venteicher; four grandchil- dren: Mike Venteicher, Joseph Venteicher, James Venteicher and Christine Venteicher; a brother, Louis Brincks; and two sisters: Margaret Klocke and Henrietta Irlbeck. + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + +
